As part of the finissage event of this year’s Art Capital we will also present a selection of films by students of the Animation Programs at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design Budapest. The exam and diploma films shown at the ArtMill were created between 2009 and 2015, covering a wide range of topics from the personal problems of young adults to freak accidents and a critique of current social issues. The short films, produced using various image-making techniques, include a modernized fairy tale, a story taking place in the surrealistic present, a party gone wild, as well as some strange adventures in a forest and on the motorway at night.
The selection is recommended for viewers over 18.
